Me: cable - only because my husband pays for it and we don't have a land line. I personally would save the money and go to the library.

How about you?

EarthLiink aDSL-- sometimes better than others, but good overall. Lightning fried my DSL modem last week. Using dial-up while waiting for a replacement showed me how little patience I have anymore. There's no going back...

I have a 1.5mbs DSL connection with a mob called Dodo here in Oz....a mob that reckons their internet flies. They obviously have never tried their own dial up...when I had to use that before, it was like the ill-fated bird...never got off the ground

I got a 3mbs DSL from Sprint. I was on dial-up for countless years because broadband was never available where I live. Finally they got it out here.

I have high speed wireless, it is a radio signal that bounces of an antenna here where I live then fired to the mainframe 23 miles away, I upload and download at 10 Mb per second, cost is 49 even a month.

Darn... where I'm at LOS wireless is my only option as well--but even at 8 miles we only get 2-3Mb, and it costs $60/mo for service even with a a 5gig monthly transfer quota!
